His culinary adventure began early: at just 19 years of age, he arrived at the renowned Harry's Bar in Venice, before enriching his experience with cosmopolitan adventures in Ibiza, Istanbul and Abu Dhabi. After honing his skills in prestigious hotels in Saint Moritz and Sanremo, and following an intense period in Brazil, Riccardo developed a unique style, capable of blending different recipes and cultures with the authentic flavours of the Dolomites and Italian cuisine.
