Terms and Conditions of Stay

Arrival and Departure Times (Check-in / Check-out)

Check-in: Rooms are available on the day of arrival from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Late Check-in: Arrival after the scheduled time is only possible via Self Check-in, to be agreed upon in advance with the property. Check-out: On the day of departure, please vacate the room by 10:00 AM. Late Check-out: In case of delayed departure (after 10:00 AM), 50% of the room price will be charged.

Taxes and Additional Costs

Tourist Tax: The tourist tax is not included in the room rate and amounts to € 3.50 per person per night. Exemptions: Children under the age of 12 are exempt from paying the tourist tax. Cleaning: There are no extra costs for final cleaning or linens.

Children and Extra Beds

For information regarding supplements for children, availability of cots, or extra beds, please send a request directly to the property before booking.

Pets

Pets are allowed only in specific rooms, exclusively upon request and subject to confirmation by the management. A daily supplement applies for the pet’s stay.

Property Rules

Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms.

Reservations and Cancellation Policy

Deposit: To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required via bank transfer. Free Cancellation: You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellation Fee: In case of cancellation made after the 14-day deadline, the reservation amount becomes non-refundable.
