Terms and Conditions of Stay<\/h2>\n

Arrival and Departure Times (Check-in \/ Check-out)<\/h3>\nCheck-in: Rooms are available on the day of arrival from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM.\n\nLate Check-in: Arrival after the scheduled time is only possible via Self Check-in, to be agreed upon in advance with the property.\n\nCheck-out: On the day of departure, please vacate the room by 10:00 AM.\n\nLate Check-out: In case of delayed departure (after 10:00 AM), 50% of the room price will be charged.\n

Taxes and Additional Costs<\/h3>\nTourist Tax: The tourist tax is not included in the room rate and amounts to \u20ac 3.50 per person per night.\n\nExemptions: Children under the age of 12 are exempt from paying the tourist tax.\n\nCleaning: There are no extra costs for final cleaning or linens.\n

Children and Extra Beds<\/h3>\nFor information regarding supplements for children, availability of cots, or extra beds, please send a request directly to the property before booking.\n

Pets<\/h3>\nPets are allowed only in specific rooms, exclusively upon request and subject to confirmation by the management.\n\nA daily supplement applies for the pet’s stay.\n

Property Rules<\/h3>\nSmoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms.\n

Reservations and Cancellation Policy<\/h3>\nDeposit: To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required via bank transfer.\n\nFree Cancellation: You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date.\n\nCancellation Fee: In case of cancellation made after the 14-day deadline, the reservation amount becomes non-refundable.\n
